Research communication: academic writing

Doctoral students can benefit from our early-stage sessions and resources, which provide the foundations for accurate and appropriate written communication of STEMM research. Students can also take advantage of our later-stage sessions and resources, which hone their communication skills for publication and for the thesis.

Research communication: technical speaking

Doctoral students can benefit from our technical speaking courses designed to support them both in the early stages of their research and in preparation for the thesis viva. In addition, students can take advantage of our 2nd-year course, which eases them into confident and competent academic STEMM communication to a live audience.
