About us

The Imperial Genomics Facility (IGF) is one of the core facilities of the Genetics and Genomics Research Theme of the NIHR Imperial BRC. It provides infrastructure and services to support translational research, harnessing genome information to advance disease diagnostics, prognosis and treatment. We provide integrated support from experimental design to library preparation, sequencing, data generation and analysis.

We support all aspects of next-generation sequencing projects, from sample to data. Our services include consultation in designing experiments, library preparation, sequencing, analysis and interpretation of sequencing data as well as dissemination of results.

Our services are available to both internal and external users from the academic and private sectors.
