TARGETevents: Universities' Brightest Business Brain

TARGETevents - Universities' Brightest Business Brain

Do you have a brain for business?

What’s the deal?

Ever wondered if you have a brain for business? Well here is your chance to find out. Not only that you will also be in with a shot at taking home the £1000 first prize and the title of Universities’ Brightest Business Brain.

Run by TARGETevents, Universities’ Brightest Business Brain gives you the chance to see how good your ‘Business Brain’ is in comparison to students from across the UK’s top Universities. Not only is it completely free to have a go at but you don’t even need to be studying a business related degree. All we’re interested in is finding the best.

There are two parts to the competition. The first part is online and you will need between 30 and 40 minutes to do this. The reason being is that we have created four tests which are designed to challenge you and assess certain qualities and traits that people with good business brains exhibit. An additional benefit is that they also mimic the style and type of tests that you might be asked to take when applying for a graduate job so this is a great chance to get in some free practice! Once you’ve finished the online bit you will be immediately given your score and also see where you are on the overall leader board.

The second part of the competition is the grand final which will take place on the 9th December in London at Cass Business School and is an invite only affair for the top 60 students on the Leaderboard. We don’t want to give too much away about the final at this stage but needless to say it will be prestigious, it will be great for your CV and most importantly there will be some fiendishly tough yet fun exercises created by our sponsors that will help us to identify Universities’ Brightest Business Brain.

So what are you waiting for? If you want to be in with a chance of winning the top prize of £1000 or one of the many other prizes head to the take the challenge page and have a go!

Prizes

  • Overall First prize: £1,000
  • Overall Second prize: £500
  • Overall Third prize: £250

In addition to the overall monetary prizes on offer we have 2 prize draws for Amazon vouchers which can be won for just having a go regardless of how well you do. One thing you will notice is that the earlier you are at having a go the better chance you have of winning a prize.

To be considered, all entries must be completed by 5pm on Friday 25th November 2011.
