Given below are some of the 'My Imperial' Known Issues which have been resolved :

Courses Sole / Role The Link to this application in the My Imperial website does not currently work.  Please access it directly. We are actively working on this issue to resolve it as soon as possible.
Pesonalisation Error messages after clicking OK An error message is displayed if OK is clicked twice while changes to the Personalisation are being saved.
Pesonalisation Changes not appearing This is particularly apparent when moving parts of the page to other areas.  When you click on the 'OK' button in the Personalise Portlets form, please be patient (up to 1 minute) and wait for that window to close and for the My Imperial page to refresh to show your change.  Do not close the window.Other changes can usually be seen by refreshing the page (see issue above to do this).
Sign on New user access For new users who are trying to access 'My Imperial' for the first time, a warning message is displayed for the delay they may face while the registration process takes place, which can take a while to do and you would be asked to try again later, say after a couple of hours or the next day.

Outlook OWA You are unable to access e-mails via the Oulook tab in My Imperial website currently.  Please access it directly. We are actively working on this issue to resolve it as soon as possible.
