Would you like the chance to win £200?

I am looking for volunteers to take part in a research study investigating the relationship between different questionnaires used for staff selection.

By taking part in this study you will gain valuable written feedback on your performance on the situational judgment questionnaire. 

There will also be a prize draw for £200 which will take place once the data collection is complete. 

You will also gain experience in taking the other questionnaires, which are often used in selection processes for many organisations. 

You will be required to complete three questionnaires which will take approximately an hour in total.  The three questionnaires are designed to measure Personality, Emotional Intelligence and Situational Judgement.  The data from these questionnaires will be used to investigate how these three factors relate to each other.
