Careers Advisory Service wins website of the year 2009!

We've just heard the great news that the Imperial Careers Advisory Service website won the AGCAS ‘careers website of the year' award. AGCAS is the professional body for HE Careers Services in the UK and Imperial's site was short listed and selected by a panel of students.

The award is given to a Careers Service whose website demonstrates "good design and ease of navigation, links to existing high-quality resources, use of original material, imaginative marketing and regular evaluation."

The Careers Advisory Service have undertaken a major review and redevelopment of the site this year, introducing a new structure and a more user friendly homepage. The site now contains embedded videos highlighting advice and tips for students planning their careers and the team are using the College's news system to include a feed of Careers news to their audiences.
