Congratulations to Joelma Lima Queiroz
Congratulations to former PhD student, Joelma Lima Queiroz, who has been awarded a University of London doctorate for her PhD thesis entitled "Developing Groundwater Flow and Recharge Models for Chalk Catchments".
Babagana Mohammed a PhD student under the supervision of Dr Chris R. Cheeseman has been appointed into the Committee on Engineering and Environment of the World Federation of Engineering Organisations headquartered in Paris, France. Babagana has previously served in the committee from 2004 to 2008. Babagana is honoured to serve again alongside many notables includingProfessor Paul W. Jowitt, the new President of the Institution of Civil Engineers. The appointment is up to 2011.
