VITAE: Careers in Focus for PhD students – Environmental Sector - Friday 20 November 2009

Are you considering your next steps? Do you have an active interest in the environment or wish to pursue a career in the environmental sector?

If the answer is yes to these questions, then this event could be for you.

Following the success of previous Career in focus events in Investment Banking, Academia and the Professional Services, Vitae is running a new event focussing on the Environmental sector.

The aim of this one day event is to meet with employers from various areas of the environmental sector and explore the breadth of career options available to you.

This one day event will provide you with an opportunity to:

• hear about the breadth of careers available to you
• network with key employers 
• find out what employers are looking for in applicants
• ask questions about the options available
• start to make an informed decision about your career

The event is free and is open to postgraduate researchers.

To confirm your place on the event you will be asked to pay a refundable deposit of £25. Upon attendance of the course your deposit will be refunded.
