The Careers Advisory Service is based at the South Kensington Campus where the majority of staff are located, together with a fully resourced information room.

Careers advice and guidance

- Expert one to one advice with one of our careers advisers, through 20 minute Quick Query and 40 minute appointments
- Book Quick Query appointments through JobsLive (appointments, events & vacancies)

CV, application and interview seminars

- Run throughout the Autumn and Spring terms
- To help you improve your presentation with employers

Careers information resources

- Useful careers information resources set out in a comfortable information room to allow you to research your career options

A range of employer events throughout the year

- Employer presentations, skills workshops and careers talks to give you an opportunity to speak directly to graduate recruiters

Careers fairs

- We participate in the Students Union Careers Fair, as well as providing an annual Engineering Careers Fair, Science Fair, PhD Fair and Banking and Finance Fair, and various other sector focussed events.

Work with your department

- We work closely with all departments to provide a range of targeted seminars and workshops to suit your discipline area.

The Careers Advisory Service is here to help you with your recruitment needs. We offer a variety of ways in which you can reach students, advertise vacancies and take part in events.

If you are a regular recruiter we would also invite you to join our Patrons’ Club. This will help to raise your organisation’s profile on campus while at the same time enabling us to invest more in the skills development of our students and the services we can offer you.
